General Davis is well known for getting away from murder. After serving under General William Nelson which he left because of a disagreement with Nelson. Davis then went to meet Nelson's superior, they met in a hotel. There Davis got slapped and and Davis retaliated by shooting the person who slapped him. He never faced the prosecution for his crime, because his superior got the charges dismissed.
